What officials? Weren’t there multiple incidents within days or weeks of each other, involving different cables, and nearly damaging a gas pipeline as well?

The most recent ship accused of this type of damage was also loaded with spy/electronic/surveillance gear. Once is an accident, twice is unusual, three times.....
